Cake Mix Zucchini Bread

Today I tried a new recipe for Zucchini bread- it is so simple, and totally delicious!

4 cups shredded zucchini
2 boxes spice cake mix
6 eggs
1 cup apple sauce

Mix and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Happy Fall!
